Collegiate Sports Travel arranges hotel accommodations for your team at competitive rates and negotiates, on your behalf, comp suites, menu pricing, late check-outs, secluded room blocks, remote check- ins, pre-game conferences, site tours, etc. We also assist should there be any billing problems after departure. Our entire program is designed and devoted to schools with athletic programs whether big or small. As a staff, we research each hotel in each city and require references regarding their knowledge and ability to handle athletics. We typically ask for four bids in each city as long as the cities have an adequate amount of hotels.
