Collegiate Sports Travel is owned and operated by Sarah Parmley and Sky Clark. The Corporate Office is located in Andalusia, Alabama with our 2nd office in Houston, Texas. Sarah and Sky combined have over 40+ years of experience in handling College Athletics either with this company
or in the hotel business. We handle all sports from the smallest Tennis Team to the largest Football Team. We do it all.
Sarah and Sky took over as Co-Owners of Collegiate Sports Travel after the passing of our Founder, Debo Clark.
Collegiate Sports Travel specializes in premier hotel accommodations for all levels of College Athletics. Our program is devoted to schools with athletic programs, whether big or small.

JUCO, nothing is too big or small. We book the Teams, the Bands, the Alumni, the
Fans/Parents, and more. We NEVER take the first offer, we actually negotiate
EVERYTHING on your behalf! Room rates, late check outs, waiving of room rentals
fees, AV, Food and Beverages, etc. We’ve been very successful keeping the pricing
down as low as a hotel will go.
How Our Process Works
After discussing all requirements with you, CST will send out detailed bids to each hotel that is in the area of the University you are playing. (based on previous team stays, references, etc.) The bids are consolidated onto a spreadsheet. Each bid will note rate (base rate and inclusive rate) along with answer to any and all requirements/concessions that the hotel will provide (I.e. – Comp rooms,
comp meeting space, bus parking, AV equipment, breakfast pricing, meal pricing, etc.)
After all bids are received and discussed with our DFOs, DOBO’s, etc., CST will then go back to the hotels to negotiate pricing down to the required numbers needed by your University. Once everyone is in agreement with pricing/terms, CST will then request contract on your behalf to be signed. Yes, it’s that simple! We will work endlessly until we get the result that works for your budget. That’s guaranteed.
That’s not where the service stops…we are in this with you through your stay. It’s a ”team” effort! In other words, we don’t book and disappear; we’re here for the entire season with you.

CST takes pride on the partnerships we have formed with all of our clients. In fact, we don’t like to use the word “clients” because we consider them partners and more importantly, friends. We work hand in hand with our partners to ensure that even the smallest details are handled with the utmost importance….from the booking process to the billing process, and everything in between.
You will be working with the owners of the company who have no other mission than to make sure that absolute perfection is achieved. We understand that there can be issues with every trip, so we are behind the scenes every day working to make sure that your coaches and players will never know this, and that they have the very best experience possible for the duration of their stay. That’s the only way we do things. It’s the CST way.
